Senior Consultant Profiles Richard
Uhler Richard K. Uhler,
Jr. started his restaurant career at age 17 as a busboy at a privately owned
Greek restaurant. He worked his way through college as an Assistant
Manager for Arby's Roast Beef until graduation in 1978 with a B.S. degree in
Business Administration from West Chester State. During the next twelve years he worked as a
General Manager, Training Manager, Store Troubleshooter, and new unit opening
specialist for J.T. McCords, RTM, as well as for Fortune 500 companies such as Pizza Hut,
and KFC. He
joined MCG, Ltd. in 1990 and has been instrumental in developing a large network
of client and candidate contacts which have been beneficial for the many search
assignments MCG, Ltd. successfully completes. Ed
Bradley Ed Bradley graduated with degrees in Business Administration
and Accounting in 1993. After working in Accounting for two years, Ed began his management career in Wichita, Kansas with Wendys in 1995.
Over the next eight years Ed was groomed and promoted up through the ranks at Wendy's International and then Pepsico.
After relocating to Atlanta in 1998, he finished his QSR career in a training capacity with RTM, the largest Arby's franchisee in
the U.S. Ed then gained valuable full-service credentials over the next four years with Brio Tuscan Grille and Brinker International
before joining the veteran team at Management Consultants Group. William
"Alex" Alexander Alex Alexander started his hospitality career while attending Western Michigan University.
After completing his training, Alex worked as General Manager in Louisville, KY
for the Cork N' Cleaver concept. After moving to Lexington, Alex became the Director of Operations
for the next six years for two high volume steak restaurants. After relocating to Atlanta in 1987
Alex was instrumental in the development and growth of 10 Tanner's Rotisserie Chicken Restaurants,
as well as owning the very first franchised unit here in Atlanta before joining the team at
Management Consultants Group. These
executives are supported by the best research staff and the latest technology in
the industry.
